Student & faculty exchange
Short and long-term mobility for students, researchers, and academic staff between Uzbek and Chinese institutions.
UCADES is a prominent association established under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in May 2024.
We are not a government body. We are not a university. We are an association whose job is to make introductions hold.

The work falls into five clear lanes — each of them a place where Uzbek and Chinese institutions need a counterpart they can actually reach.

Short and long-term mobility for students, researchers, and academic staff between Uzbek and Chinese institutions.

Co-supervision of theses, joint publications, and joint or double-degree programs in fields of mutual interest.

Chinese language teaching in Uzbekistan. Uzbek language and Uzbek studies access for Chinese institutions.

Friendly competitions, athlete and coach exchanges, and joint training programs across multiple disciplines.

Academic delegations, conferences, public lectures, and direct institutional introductions on both sides.

Chairman of UCADES since founding in May 2024. Over a decade of experience in Uzbekistan's tourism sector. Began his career as an economist at the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, later serving as a department director. In 2022, he was awarded the Tourism Devotee badge by the Ministry of Tourism — the ministry's highest recognition for service to the sector. At UCADES, he leads the association's strategic direction and oversees the network of branches across Uzbekistan and China.

Oversees UCADES's full operations across the countries — especially in China — from the main office in Xi'an, coordinating the network of ten branch offices nationwide. Several years of experience in Uzbek-Chinese institutional cooperation.

Leads UCADES's university partnerships across Uzbekistan and China. His work covers liaising with Uzbek and Chinese institutions, coordinating delegations, and the recruitment pipeline behind the association's international projects.
In April 2026, UCADES signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hainan Leading Elephant Education Consulting Co., Ltd. — a Chinese consulting firm based in Hainan — to jointly run a graduate recruitment pathway. Under the agreement, Chinese students seeking master's and doctoral degrees are recruited by the Hainan partner and placed into Uzbek universities recognised by China's Ministry of Education through the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE). UCADES coordinates the Uzbek side: liaison with each university, programme matching, and student support on the ground in Tashkent.
Note · CSCSE recognition is the prerequisite for the Chinese Ministry of Education to validate degrees earned abroad. UCADES coordinates the Uzbek-side liaison with each of the 27 priority universities.
Signings, delegations, conferences — and the Polyglot Chinese language school in Tashkent, where the day-to-day language work actually happens.
