Grand Project06

Recruiting Chinese graduate students into 27 priority universities of Uzbekistan.

In April 2026, UCADES signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hainan Leading Elephant Education Consulting Co., Ltd. — a Chinese consulting firm based in Hainan — to jointly run a graduate recruitment pathway. Under the agreement, Chinese students seeking master's and doctoral degrees are recruited by the Hainan partner and placed into Uzbek universities recognised by China's Ministry of Education through the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE). UCADES coordinates the Uzbek side: liaison with each university, programme matching, and student support on the ground in Tashkent.

Note · CSCSE recognition is the prerequisite for the Chinese Ministry of Education to validate degrees earned abroad. UCADES coordinates the Uzbek-side liaison with each of the 27 priority universities.
